Studio policies

Booking & before you book

  • Appointment slots are released about two weeks ahead, usually over the weekend.
  • New clients: please send a photo of your current nails before booking.
  • Let me know the service you'd like, and add a reference image for any nail art.
  • Please come to your appointment alone.

Arrival & punctuality

  • Please arrive on time — not early, not late.
  • If you arrive early, send a message first: the studio may not be open before your scheduled time.
  • A 10-minute grace period applies. After that, depending on the time left, only a cover gel can be done — or the appointment is cancelled and 50% of the price is due.

Cancellation & no-show

  • Cancellations must be made at least 8 hours in advance.
  • Less than 8 hours before the appointment: 50% of the service price is charged.
  • No-show without notice: 100% of the service price.
  • After a no-show, a 50% deposit is required for the next appointment.

Deposit

  • A paid deposit is non-refundable for cancellations within 8 hours.
  • The deposit secures your slot and counts toward your appointment.

Refill vs new set

  • If you arrive for a refill with more than 4 lost or significantly damaged nails, the treatment is no longer a refill — it is treated and priced as a new set.

Work guarantee

  • If a nail lifts or is damaged, get in touch within 7 days with a photo.
  • After that period the guarantee no longer applies.
  • It does not apply in case of: another technician's intervention, exposure to strong chemicals without protection, intentional damage (biting, breaking), or not following care and refill advice.

Nail art

  • More complex nail art and special designs require a short consultation when booking, so the time and quality of the work can be planned.

Payment

  • Cash or card.

Hygiene & sterilisation

  • Every client receives exclusively sterilised and disinfected tools, prepared in line with hygiene standards.
